Asparagus and Ham Pasta Salad:

Ingredients:

250g short pasta, eg. Penne, spiral
340g can Plumrose Leg Ham, diced
½ yellow capsicum, chopped
6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
250g fresh asparagus blanched and cut into 3cm diagonal lengths
½ cup coleslaw dressing
¼ cup sour cream

Method:

Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a large bowl combine pasta, diced Plumrose Leg Ham, capsicum, asparagus and combined coleslaw dressing and sour cream. Chill until required.

SERVES: 6-8
