BBQ Kebabs:
Ingredients:
Simply thread onto 6-8 large metal skewers:
400g can Plumrose Frankfurts, drained
600g Corn Cob pieces
450g can Plumrose Leg Ham, cut into large pieces
3-4 Roma tomatoes, cut into halves
Method:
Brush well with:
Leggos Pesto - Sundried Tomatoes mixed with a little olive oil and barbecue until golden brown.
MAKES: 6-8
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 minutes
TIP: Kebabs can also be cooked under a preheated grill.
