Ingredients:

1 x 450g can Plumrose Premium Leg Ham

2 ripe pears, sliced

1 cup golden walnuts

3 tbsp maple syrup

Dijon mustard to serve

Method:

Preheat oven to 200oC. Place the Plumrose Leg Ham on a lined baking tray and surround with pears and walnuts. Drizzle everything with maple syrup, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice ham, then arrange on a plater with pears and walnuts, drizzling with any remaining syrup. Serve Dijon mustard as a side.

PREPARATION: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 minutes

TIP: If figs are in season, use in place of pears as a change

Wine / Beer Match: Sparkling white wine or Champagne
