Chargrilled Honey Mustard Ham Steaks:

Ingredients:
340g can Plumrose Leg Ham
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons seeded mustard
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Combine:
¼ green cabbage, shredded
1 small Lebanese cucumber, cut into thin strips
2 spring onions, finely chopped
¼ cup baby mint leaves
Method:
Cut Plumrose Leg Ham into 8 slices. Combine honey, seeded mustard and balsamic vinegar and brush onto both sides of ham. Cook on a preheated and oiled chargrill and cook on both sides for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve ham steaks on combined cabbage salad and drizzle with remaining marinade.

TIP: Ham steaks can be cooked under a preheated grill until golden.
