Cranberry and Orange Baked Ham:
Ingredients:
450g can Plumrose Leg Ham
¼ cup whole berry Cranberry Sauce
1 tablespoon golden syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Orange slices for garnish
Shredded ring & juice of 1 orange
Method:
Score the top surface of Plumrose Leg Ham in a diamond pattern and place into a baking dish. In a bowl combine, cranberry sauce, shredded orange rind, juice, golden syrup and cinnamon. Spoon mixture over ham and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes basting once during cooking time.
Serve ham garnished with orange slices.
