Cranberry Cinnamon Ham with Spiced Apples:

Ingredients:

450g can Plumrose Leg Ham
4-6 small red apples
1 orange cut into quarters then into halves crosswise
½ cup whole cranberry sauce
½ cup orange juice
1 cinnamon stick

Method

Place ham and apples into a greased ovenproof dish and top ham with orange pieces.

Combine cranberry, orange juice and cinnamon stick and pour onto ham. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes spooning glaze over ham and apples halfway through cooking time.

Serve the Plumrose Ham cut into slices accompanied by whole or halved spiced apples.

COOKING TIME: 30 minutes

TIP: ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon can be substituted for the cinnamon stick.
