Glazed Ham and Pineapple Kebabs:

Ingredients:
340g can Plumrose Leg Ham
450g can sliced pineapple, drained and juice reserved
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon finely chopped red chilli
½ teaspoon soy sauce
Method:
Cut Plumrose Leg Ham into 2cm cubes and pineapple slices into quarters and thread onto skewers alternatively with pineapple. Blend together in a small saucepan, brown sugar, cornflour, sesame seeds, chilli, soy sauce and pineapple juice. Heat until boiling. Cook skewers under a hot grill or on an oiled barbecue plate, brushing lightly with marinade until hot and glazed. Serve immediately.
