Glazed Pineapple Ham:
Ingredients:
450g can Plumrose Leg Ham
225g can pineapple slices
2 tablespoon macadamia nuts
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon sliced glace ginger
Method:
Place the Plumrose Leg Ham in a baking dish. Drain the pineapple reserving the juice. Cut slices of pineapple in half and arrange on top of ham. Place macadamia nuts on pineapple.
Combine pineapple juice, sweet chilli sauce and ginger and drizzle over the pineapple topped ham.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, basting with the glaze half way through cooking.
SERVES: 4-6
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 20 minutes
TIP: Serve the ham hot or cold cut into slices with juices from the pan as a sauce.
