Ham Croutons with Corn Relish:
Ingredients:
200g can Plumrose Leg Ham
250g tub of spreadable cream cheese
1 x 80g packet mini toasts
½ cup corn relish
Spring onion for garnish
Method:
Cut Plumrose Ham into 40 rectangular pieces.
Spread toast bases with cream cheese and arrange ham on top.
Top with a spoonful of corn relish and garnish with spring onion.
PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes
TIP: Chives can be used instead of spring onions.
