Ham And Potato Salad:

Ingredients:

500g potatoes, diced
200g can Plumrose Leg Ham, diced
ΒΌ cup whole egg mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method:

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and set aside to cool.

In a medium bowl combine cooked potatoes, Plumrose Leg Ham, mayonnaise and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with grilled or barbecued meats.

Serves: 4

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Tip: For extra colour and flavour add chopped red capsicum or sundried tomatoes.
