Ham and Corn Rolls:

Ingredients:

200g can Plumrose Leg Ham, diced
310g can Creamed Corn
3 spring onions, chopped
1 cup grated tasty cheese
6 small bread rolls

Method:

In a medium bowl combine Plumrose Leg Ham, creamed corn, spring onions and cheese.

Slice the top off each roll and remove half of the inside of the roll. Roughly chop the bread and add to the ham mixture. Fill each roll with ham mixture, replace bread lids and wrap each roll in foil.

Place rolls onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, remove from foil and serve.

MAKES: 6

PREPARATION: 15 minutes

COOKING TIME: 20 minutes

TIP: Spring onions can be substituted with 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
