Hawaiian Ham Pizza:

2 x 30cm prepared pizza bases
½ cup tomato paste
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
340g can Plumrose Leg Ham, cut into thin strips
1 green capsicum, thinly sliced
420g can pineapple pieces, drained
Extra 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

 

 

 

Method:

Place pizza bases onto 2 baking trays and spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese over both bases and top with shredded Plumrose Leg Ham, capsicum and pineapple pieces.

Sprinkle with extra grated mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes.

SERVES: 4

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes

COOKING TIME: 20 minutes

TIP: One Turkish bread cut in half can be used as an alternative to pizza base.
