Ingredients:

1 long bread roll
1 cup prepared mild tomato salsa
340g can Plumrose Leg Ham thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup grated tasty cheese

 

 

 

Method:

Cut bread roll in half lengthwise and place cut side up onto a baking tray.

Spread breadstick halves with tomato salsa and arrange slices of Plumrose Leg Ham on top.

Place onion rings down the centre, drizzle with extra salsa and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place under a preheated grill until golden brown.

SERVES: 2

TIP: Chopped jalapeƱo chillies can be use to give this dish a spicy lift.
