Ingredients:

24 mini vol-au-vent cases
400g can Plumrose Cocktail Frankfurts, sliced
1 cup grated tasty cheese
3 tablespoons tomato sauce

Method:

Place sliced Plumrose Cocktail Frankfurts into vol-au-vent cases.
Combine cheese and tomato sauce and spoon onto frankfurts. Place onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

TIP: For the more adventurous taste buds, sweet chilli sauce or barbecue sauce can be used as an alternative to tomato.
