Mini Ham Luncheon Rolls:
Ingredients:
4 mini baguette rolls
¼ cup mustard pickles or fruit chutney
340g can Plumrose Luncheon Meat, cut into 8 slices
8 slices tasty cheese
½ cup lettuce
Lettuce leaves
1 tomato sliced
Method:
Slice each baguette in half, spread with mustard pickles and arrange with layers of Plumrose Luncheon Meat, tasty cheese, carrot, lettuce and tomato. Serve for brunch or lunch.

TIP: For a gourmet touch the addition of asparagus spears, avocado slices, brie cheese or sun-dried tomatoes will all compliment Plumrose Luncheon Meat
