Ingredients:

4 mini baguette rolls
¼ cup mustard pickles or fruit chutney
340g can Plumrose Luncheon Meat, cut into 8 slices
8 slices tasty cheese
Lettuce leaves
1 tomato sliced

Method:

Slice each baguette in half, spread with mustard pickles and arrange with layers of Plumrose Luncheon Meat, tasty cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Serve for brunch or lunch

Serves: 4

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Tip: For a gourmet touch, add asparagus spears, avocado slices, brie cheese or sundried tomatoes.
