Plumrose Ham with Maple Syrup and Orange Glaze:

Ingredients:

450g can Plumrose Leg Ham
1 cup maple flavoured syrup
½ cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method:

Using a sharp knife, score the Plumrose Leg Ham in a diamond pattern.

Combine maple flavoured syrup, orange juice and cinnamon.

Place ham in a baking dish and spoon over combined ingredients.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes basting with glaze during cooking. Serve cut into slices using pan juices as a delicious sauce.

PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes

COOKING TIME: 30 minutes

TIP: Decorate the ham with pecan nuts halves and orange slices before pouring over glaze.
