Springwater Chicken San Choi Bao:
Ingredients:
1 x 85g can Plumrose Chicken Deli'sh Spring Water and Sea Salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tsp freshly chopped ginger
2 tsp low salt soy sauce
1 cup bean or snow pea shoots
2 large iceberg lettuce leaves, washed
spring onion slices to garnish (optional)
Method:
Flake the Plumrose Chicken Deli'sh Spring Water and Sea Salt into a bowl. Heat sesame oil and lightly panfry water chestnuts, garlic and ginger, then gently fold through flaked chicken. Drizzle with soy, quickly fold through shoots and divide evenly between the lettuce cups. Sprinkle garnished with spring onions if desired.
SERVES: Serves 1 as a main meal or 2 as a light lunch
