French Ham Salad:
Ingredients:
cos lettuce, sliced
200g can Plumrose Leg Ham, sliced
15 green beans, blanched
12 pitted black olives
cup French dressing
2 eggs, hard boiled and quartered
Method:
In a serving bowl arrange cos lettuce, sliced Plumrose Leg Ham, beans and olives.
Drizzle with French dressing and garnish with egg.
SERVES: 4
PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes
TIP: To blanch beans, place in a pot of boiling water and simmer for 1 minute, drain and place in cold water to cool.
