Chicken & Ham Parmigiana:

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oil
4 crumbed chicken schnitzels
½ cup tomato pasta sauce
340g can Plumrose Leg Ham
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Method:
- Heat oil in a large frying pan, cook chicken schnitzels until golden brown on each side. Remove chicken schnitzels from pan, place onto a baking tray and spoon on some pasta sauce.
- Cut Plumrose Leg Ham into thin slices, place onto chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 10 -15 minutes or until golden brown. 4. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
SERVES: 4
TIP: Substitute chicken with veal or pork schnitzels for variation.

COOKING TIME: 10-15 minutes
