P12FRIEDIngredients:

1 sheet frozen prepared puff pastry, thawed
1/3 cup French mustard or tomato sauce
400g can 8 Plumrose Skinless Franks, drained

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

Cut pastry sheet into 4, then halve each quarter making 8 pieces. Spread a little mustard or tomato sauce onto each pastry piece.

Place a drained Plumrose Frank diagonally across each piece of pastry and roll pastry around frank. Press pastry to seal.

Place pastry wrapped franks onto a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
