BBQ Ham Sticks with Thai Marinade:

Ingredients:
340g can Plumrose Leg Ham
½ pineapple, cut into thin wedges
Wooden satay skewers
Marinade:
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Method:
- Cut Plumrose Ham into 8 lengthwise slices and cut each one in half diagonally.
- Thread pineapple wedges onto skewers 5cm from end.
- Insert stick through the length of the ham slice and place into a shallow dish and brush over marinade.
- Place onto a preheated BBQ hot plate and cook until golden brushing with remaining marinade. Serve garnished with coriander.
MAKES: 8
TIP: Ham sticks can be refrigerated an hour before cooking for flavour to develop.
