Ingredients:

340g can Plumrose Leg Ham
½ pineapple, cut into thin wedges
Wooden satay skewers

Marinade:

2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon fish sauce

 

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Cut Plumrose Ham into 8 lengthwise slices and cut each one in half diagonally.
  2. Thread pineapple wedges onto skewers 5cm from end.
  3. Insert stick through the length of the ham slice and place into a shallow dish and brush over marinade.
  4. Place onto a preheated BBQ hot plate and cook until golden brushing with remaining marinade. Serve garnished with coriander.

MAKES: 8

TIP: Ham sticks can be refrigerated an hour before cooking for flavour to develop.
